Gerrie started her career in 2006 working part-time as a REALTOR®. She quickly learned that the potential in real estate was far greater than the medical transcription business she had owned for 20 years and made the decision to become a full-time REALTOR®. She had goals of helping her community and real estate was the perfect avenue to get there.

Gerrie built her business over time as a single agent and in 2010 created the Gerrie Moore Group, PC and hired her first assistant and marketing director. In 2018 the Gerrie Moore Group closed over 74 transactions in a town of only 10,000 with a sales volume of 11+ million and has continued to grow every year. To Gerrie it is not about the money. Gerrie and her team have a goal to serve 100 families each year with their buying, selling and investment needs.

In 2016 Gerrie started partnering with a local church and the back-to-school backpack program. She saw a need for teenagers to have a new pair of jeans for school. She used money from her real estate sales and started a fund out of every sale. In 2019 she formed Jeans for Teens 501(c)3 and has partnered with stores such as Target and Maurices to provide a shopping experience for teenagers enrolled in 7th-12th grade in Taney County. Her story and her heart truly are for her community and she volunteers for her local real estate board, Keller Williams Red Day, and holds an annual T-Hwy trash drive every year as well as a Community Yard Sale.

Gerrie is in the top 2% of her local board, and has a broker license in both Missouri and Arkansas. She actively invests in real estate herself with short rental property and her passion is flipping something old to make it new for the next homeowner.

Gerrie strives to learn and grow and is always searching for ways to serve her fellow REALTORS®, clients and strategic partners by serving on committees or teaching programs to better the community’s knowledge of real estate and has been elected by her peers at Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® to fill the office of President in 2020 and Missouri Women's Council of REALTORS® President in 2024. She continues to lead and volunteer at the local, state and national level.
